Bruins v. Maple Leafs!
Okay so it is game 2 of the regular season and hear me out on some factors in tonight's game.
1. Leafs are celebrating their 100 year anniversary and offering free beer and you show up for the ceremony. That crowd is going to be WILD. It's a couple original 6 teams so the crowd was going to be crazy either way but tonight means more.
2. Marchand had 5 points. Matthews had 4 goals. These teams have red hot offensive attacks right now. The goalies will most likely decide the night. Which leads to my next point.
3. Anderson looked bad. Tuukka looked less bad. The thing that gets me pumped about Tuukka is that he didn't talk today. No media no nothing. He said not too long ago that he's ready to learn from last years mistakes. I want an angry Rask. I want Rask to earn his contract this year. Rask isn't even starting but still. Just saying.
4. No Bergeron again. This stinks but there is a silver lining for sure. We get to see the Marchand, Backes, and Pasta line again!
Those are just some thoughts heading into this game. GO BRUINS!
